Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By placing an order on www.thesaddlelady.com agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
     

2. Ordering and Payment

  1. Order Confirmation: When an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is not an acceptance of the order, but a notice that the order was received. Orders are accepted at the Supplier’s discretion.

  2. Payment Methods: We accept payment via Card payemnts. Full payment is required at checkout to process your order.

  3. Pricing: Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes, excluding shipping fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of order placement is final.
     

3. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the Customer unless a promotional free shipping offer is applied.

  2. Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically processed 7-10 Business days and shipped using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery dates are provided but are not guaranteed due to potential shipping delays outside our control.

  3. Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and ownership of items purchased passes to the Customer upon delivery to the designated address.
     

4. Returns and Refunds

  1. Return Policy: Items in their original, unused condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

  2. Return Process: To return an item, please contact charlotte@thesaddlelady.com for return authorization. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the item is defective or the Supplier made an error.

  3. Refunds: Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item in original condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Supplier error or defective items.
     

5. Product Warranty and Liability

  1. Warranty: All products sold are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or alterations by the Customer.

  2. Warranty Claims: For defective items, please contact charlotte@thesaddlelady.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect within the warranty period. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

  3. Limitation of Liability: The Supplier’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from use of our products.
     

6. Care and Use Guidelines

  • The Customer agrees to follow any care and maintenance instructions provided with the product. Failure to adhere to these instructions may void the warranty.
     

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, images, and trademarks on the Site are the intellectual property of the Supplier and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.
     

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

  1. Use of Products: The Supplier is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the improper use, fitting, or maintenance of products purchased from the Site.

  2. Disclaimer of Warranties: Except as provided in this agreement, the Supplier disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
     

9. Governing Law

  1. The Contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.

  2. Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland.

 

10. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: Personal information collected during checkout is used solely to process orders, provide customer support, and improve our services in accordance with our [Privacy Policy link]. We do not share or sell your personal information.
     

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site implies acceptance of any modifications.
